Our Employees

We’ve taken multiple steps to ensure that KKJPL family is always a happy one.

Our company is only as strong as our employees and at KKJPL , we prioritise building and nurturing a culture of excellence across our operations. From the sales professionals who begin their careers and retire with us to our newest designers, we are proud of our employees and know that they share our collective values of respect, inclusiveness, excellence and responsibility.
We honor the dignity of all people and respect the laws, customs and values of the communities in which we operate. We recognize each employee’s knowledge and skills as an important source of organizational capability and competitive advantage, ensuring there are broad training and development opportunities at all levels. We welcome diversity in all its forms and emphasize personal accountability and professionalism in a respectful, inclusive and fair work environment.

Our Diamonds

Ethically sourced Diamonds has been a pillar of our success.

At KKJPL, we are committed to sourcing high-quality diamonds with complete integrity. We value traceability and the importance of knowing the origin of our diamonds from the moment they’re culled from the earth. That’s why, to start with, our diamonds are only sourced from countries that are full participants in the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. But we don’t just stop there. We go above and beyond the Kimberley Process—with our own chain-of-custody controls and by advocating for stronger global standards—to ensure that human rights and the environment are protected. We also strongly believe in investing in the local communities in which we operate through local hiring, robust job training and fair wage practices at our cutting and polishing facilities around the world.

Best Practices

We have one ethics to do business. It should always be a win-win situation

As a responsible corporate, we have always strived and embraced the best industry practices in all areas of business, including usage of latest technology (CAD and CAM) and equipment (Laser CNC), coupled with a robust and rigorous control on quality, including certifications – both  internal (gold and diamond testing machines) and external (GIA, IGI, BIS, etc.).
At the same breadth, we are empowering our customers by educating them on the various facets of jewellery purchase (as consumer), which includes conducting free workshops. The ultimate outcome of this journey and primary reward for us is satisfaction and trust of the customer.
