 DOES KKJPL HAVE ANY PHYSICAL PRESENCE?

KKJPL is essentially focused on reaching the customer ‘where the customer is’ digital retail, style shows, experience zones are some of the formats we are focussing on. We also have a significant offline retail presence with three showrooms across Nagpur.

Our three showrooms are in the following locations; Dharampeth Showroom & Itwari Showroom

HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ITEM?

Firstly, please sign up & create your account. Browse through all our collections. Once you have found an item, click on the ‘Add to Wishlist’ button on each item. Review your selection by clicking the ‘Heart’ icon at the top of the page. You can walk into any one of our multiple stores in Nagpur City and show it to our staff. They will assist you with your purchase.

DO I REQUIRE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.Register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits through your KKJPL Account.

WHAT ARE VARIOUS COLOUR GRADES?

The grade of colour refers to the absence of any colour in the diamond. The Diamond Colour Grade progresses from D to Z. Colour grades of D-E-F belong to the colourless range. G-H-I-J grade diamonds belong to the nearly colourless category, K-L-M to Faint Yellow or Faint Brown, N – R: Very Light Yellow or Very Light Brown and S – Z to Light Yellow or Light Brown.

 

WHAT ARE THE 4C’s OF A DIAMOND?

These 4Cs are important characteristics of the diamond that defines its overall appearance and price. The Diamond cut helps identify the shine and brilliance of the stone. Colour classifies the diamond on a scale of colourless to visible yellow. Clarity gives information about the natural flaws and inclusions in the diamond and Carat Weight determines the actual weight of the diamond.

HOW DO I KNOW MY JEWELLERY IS AUTHENTIC? 

All jewelry bought from KKJPL is certified by IGI, EGL or AGIL, some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading laboratories.

ARE YOUR DIAMOND’S CONFLICT FREE?

Rest assured, KKJPL uses only conflict-free diamonds which are obtained from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide recognised Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCS).

WILL I GET A REFUND IF I GET A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?

Full refunds will be made in the following cases:-
  1. Genuine quality issues.
  2. Packages lost in transit.
  3. In case KKJPL discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASES?

To initiate the process of return, please contact our customer support at X . Please note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed. Once your package is ready, just contact our customer support and we will send a courier to pick it up from you. In some locations, it may happen that our logistic partners do not offer a reverse pick up. You will not be charged anything for this return shipping. Once your returned item is received by us, we will refund your money or new item will be processed as per the specific situation.

IN WHICH CASE WILL I NOT GET A REFUND?

In certain cases, no refunds will be given.
  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  4. Package refused by recipient.
  5. Sizing issues. Thus please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  7. Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  8. If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
